Happy Tuesday! I’m so glad I’m finally getting the chance to sit down and write a blog post. If you follow along on Instagram, you may know that I have mono. For the last week I’ve just been resting and catching up on sleep. Being sick definitely threw a wrench in all of my plans, but it also made me grateful for the days that I feel healthy! Now that I’m feeling better, I’m excited to sip on my iced vanilla coffee and chat about my spring uniform.
IĀ think I’veĀ featured stripesĀ in almost all of my posts… And here they are again. When I saw this top at H&M (for $5!!!) I automatically thought of spring and summer. Blue and white stripes, linen, the button-down. Everything about this look gives me “just threw this outfit on for a casual stroll at the farmer’s market” vibes. One of my favorite weekend plans with friends is going to Pepper Place Market. We love to walk around, test samples from all of the vendors and of course sip on lemonade.
The best part about a spring “uniform” is that it takes out all of the guesswork of choosing your outfit. I shared in my lastĀ post that I’m a total creature of habitĀ andĀ I always rely on having outfits that make me confident and comfortable. As the seasons change, I like to change my outfits too, but I normally use a “formula”.Ā This outfit will be easy to transition into summer – just switch out the jeans for denim shorts and the wedges for sandals!
Blue and white stripes are so on trend this season. You’ve probably seen them in all of your favorite stores – I know I have. I’m going to link a few of my favorite tops below!
