Auburn Game Day Style #1: Off-The-Shoulder Top

Autumn is 100% my favorite season, and its arrival means a few of my favorite things are here. Wearing sweaters, scarves and leggings. Drinking hot coffee without sweating. Listening to Acoustic Autumn on Pandora. On repeat.

And, of course, going to football games. One of my favorite parts of game day is seeing everyone’s game day style, so I thought I’d start a new series: Auburn Game Day Style! In Auburn Game Day Style #1, I’m styling an off-the-shoulder top – perfect for the transition between summer and fall!

I think you could probably guess what college I go to if you looked in my closet… It has tons of oranges and navy blues! But, most of the time I can’t find (actually cute) pieces that combine both of these colors. Enter this top. I found this top on sale at Target (is anyone even surprised anymore?!) so of course I had to have it. A top like this is perfect for this time of year, because it’s still cool in the sun but looks so cute with jeans. Today I paired the look with the cutest mule heels. But to be honest I would never wear heels to a game. There is wayyy too much standing for that!

This weekend is the Homecoming game and I can’t wait! I think one of my best friends will be visiting for the weekend (hi Marissa!!), so I cannot wait to spend time with her. Of course, I need to start planning my game day outfit depending on the weather… I have a feeling this top will make the cut!
